Learning Points

  • I’m sending you + the name of the document can be a good start when you send an E-mail attachment.
  • Take a look at…  sounds more confortable than “read this”.
  • Don’t forget to ask for feedback.
  • Use by If you want to give a deadline for a reply : “Please send it to me by Monday”.
  • Write I look forward to… at the end of an e-mail to show that you expect a reply : “I look forward to hearing from you”.
